We use our long-term experience in taking professional passport size photos to ensure your photos can pass smoothly and can be used in the next passport for 10 years. If you care about how you look on your passport and want to take a Perfect Passport Photo, come to us in Sydney! 😉

(A complimentary reshoot will be offered under the following conditions: If the photo does not meet official requirements due to technical issues such as overexposure, underexposure, or glare；If the level of retouching does not comply with official guidelines.

Free reshoots will not be provided in the following cases: If the rejection is due to non-technical or appearance-related reasons, such as significant facial changes caused by cosmetic surgery, heavy makeup, or facial accessories; If the client chooses not to follow our retouching advice, leading to rejection; If the photo is rejected due to unclear or unspecified requirements from the official authority.

We are also unable to offer a free reshoot in cases unrelated to official verification, such as: The client changes their mind after delivery, or friends or family are dissatisfied with the appearance of the photo.)

I hate taking passport photos- period. I've always looked like a criminal or half awake and that's got to stay with you for 10 YEARS.I always get double takes at immigration and honestly, its embarrassing and humiliating!!! I finally found a place that will take a photo until you're satisfied and do minor touch ups for those bad skin/hair days. Yes, they are on a bit on the pricey side but I'll take that against 10 years of criminal mug like photos following me in the shadow.Thank you!

Great service with high-quality photos! The team members were super professional and friendly while I took my passport photos. Also, they have the service where if the picture they took didn’t pass, you could take another one without any charge. My first picture did not pass, and they just took another one for me! After arriving at the studio, our customer service will ask you about the purpose of your photo, and help you choose the appropriate background colour and size for your passport-size photo.

We provide some shirts in the studio for making the best passport size photo, however, we suggest you to bring your own clothing and accessories (fits better), and there are also some distribution accessories in the store to choose from.

A professional passport photographer will help adjust facial expressions and poses and catch your best smile dimensions during the photo shoot. Please communicate with the photographer during the photo session to achieve the best results in your passport-size photo.

For passport photos, the retoucher will give you professional advice on the appropriate level of retouching based on experience to ensure the pass rate of the passport photo. For LinkedIn or resume photos, our senior retouchers will grade and refine the photos, small flaws; acne on the skin will be removed. You can also make your personal requirements in advance.

All photos are printed with our EPSON dye sublimation printer and meticulous cutting to ensure the perfect presentation of photo details.

The Australian passport photo specifications clearly stipulate that photos output using a “dye sublimation printer” can be successfully passed. The photos output by ordinary inkjet printers will be blurred due to high temperature during the process of making passports, and will be rejected.
